CS102: Cell Door - Remote Locking

A cell door with electronic locking with a manual override. Complies with the specification of the Police Buildings Design Guide and meets the criteria for maintaining the highest level of security and functiionality within the safe and secure environment of a Police Station designated cell unit.

• Door leaf constructed from 40mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 3mm thick steel door skins
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids
• 100mm x 50mm x RHS box frame
• 40mm x 20mm mild steel rebate
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening constructions
• Door leaf mounted within door frame and hung on a substantial continuous hinge
• Internal reinforcing plates to inside of door panel on cell side up to the height of the lock
• Home Office Type 1 electrically operated lock with manual overide
• Vertical Observation window with stainless steel sliding cover
• MK II 3 position full vision service hatch

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer

• 125mm x 75mm x 8 RSA frame
• Ventilation grille to bottom of door leaf
• Stainless Steel face to inside of door
• Single hand operation swivel top service hatch
• Gasket Free Circular Observation window
