CS104: Cell Door - Stainless Steel Internal Face

Complies with the specification of the Police Buildings Design Guide and meets the criteria for maintaining the highest level of security and functionality for the cell unit within the safe and secure environment of Police Stations designated cell area. The inside face of this door has been lined with a rigidised stainless steel skin for added protection.

Cell Side Finish

• Door leaf constructed from 40mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 3mm thick steel door skins
• Cell side of door clad with a 0.8mm thick textured rigidised stainless steel skin
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids
• 125mm x 75mm x 8mm rolled steel angle frame
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening constructions
• Door leaf mounted within door frame hung on a substantial continuous hinge
• Home Office Type 1 slam action lock with adjustable keep
• 75mm diameter Observation window with stainless steel swivel cover
• Single hand operation swivel-top service hatch
