A cell door with a large observation window with privacy cover designed specifically for Customs and Excise.

• Door leaf constructed from 40mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 3mm thick steel door skins
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids
• 125mm x 75mm x 8mm rolled steel angle frame
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening constructions
• Door leaf mounted within door frame hung on a substantial continuous hinge
• Internal reinforcing plates to inside of door panel on cell side up to the height of the lock
• Observation window fitted with 22.3mm thick toughened laminated glass with hinged steel cover
  (max. size not greater than 0.45M )
• Single hand operation swivel-top sevice hatch
• Home Office Type 1 slam action lock with adjustable keep

• One coat factory applied primer
