CS305: Acoustic Door

A door designed specifically where a high level of noise reduction is needed in sensitive areas and rated to 45db.

Complies with the Police Buildings Design Guide and meets the criteria for maintaining security and functionality within the safe and secure environment of a Police Station.

• Door is constructed from a solid timber core faced both sides with plywood veneer and 9mm lippings to vertical and horizontal edges
• Door is mounted within a hardwood profile frame and is hung from a substantial continuous hinge
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction
• Acoustic and intumescent seals with rubber fins to all rebates
• Drop seal to bottom edge of door
• Concealed door closer
• 5 lever mortice locking latch operable by key and knob handles both sides

• One coat factory applied primer.

• One coat varnish finish instead of primer
• Flush ring handles instead of knob furniture
