A cell window. Complies with the Police Buildings
Design Guide and meets the criteria for maintaining the highest
level of security within the safe and secure environment of a Police
Station, Magistrates or Crown Court, Prison and HM Armed Forces.
Windows are constructed from pairs of 22mm thick annealed glass
lenses hermetically sealed and
set into 75mm thick structural cast stone to BS 1217:1997
Fully welded at each intersection 12mm diameter internal reinforcing
bars at 165mm centres
Fixings, full height plate on either side of window secured
by chemical resin anchors
Acid etched inside & smooth trowel finish outside
Standard colour is Minster (see colour chart below)
Non-standard colours can be provided on request. (See below)
Window cills as CS611 type B (can be supplied same colour as
windows)
