A cell door which complies with the American ASTM standard for Detention Doors and meets the criteria for maintaining the highest level of security and functionality within the safe and secure environment of a cell unit in Prisons, Police Stations and Courts.

• Door is constructed from 14 to 12 gauge galvanised steel skins with full height vertical 16 gauge internal stiffeners spanning internal space between door skins and a continuous 10 gauge formed channel around the perimeter of the door leaf.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids
• Door frame constructed from 12 gauge galvanised steel
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening constructions
• Door leaf mounted within door frame hung on a minium of 3 butt hinges
• Flush handles on pull side of door only
• Jamb mounted Electro-mechanical slam action lock automatically latches and deadlocks when door is closed
• 102mm x 635mm x 9.5mm Laminated Glass observation window
• Hinge down service hatch
