A barred prison grille used to secure the inside of a glazed prison cell window. Complies with HMP standard, meets the criteria for maintaining the highest level of security within the safe and secure environment of a Prison Cell. Approved by Ministry of Justice.

- Grilles are constructed from 50mm x 50mm square hollow section Grade 43C mild steel
- Frame joints with full strength continuous welds
- Pressed mild steel fixing angles fully welded to the perimeter frame at suitable locations
- Fixed to opening structure by non-ferrous expanding bolts
- All gaps between opening structure and grille sealed with hard setting non-shrink mastic
finish
- Mild steel parts to have one coat high build zinc phosphate primer

- NOTE: All constructional and builders work, materials and external windows
to be supplied and installed by others after installation of security grille.
