• Grilles are constructed from 50mm x 50mm square hollow section Grade 43C mild steel
• Frame joints with full strength continuous welds
• Pressed mild steel fixing angles fully welded to the perimeter frame at suitable locations
• Fixed to opening structure by non-ferrous expanding bolts
• All gaps between opening structure and grille sealed with hard setting non-shrink mastic

• Mild steel parts to have one coat high build zinc phosphate primer
