Specification

• Fire resistant and vandal proof.
• Fully welded seams for added security, hygiene and strength.
• Tear resistant waterproof fabric cover with added rip stop, anti-bacterial and fungal properties.
• Date embossed for traceability.
• Tested to BS 7177: 2008 Ignition Source 7.

Finish

• Filling – full depth fire resistant foam compatible with fire test standard BS 5852 Part 2 Ignition source 5.
• Covering – wrinkle free rip stop mattress cover is constructed of fire resistant 650gsm PVC coated polyester. Complies to tear strength BS 3234 and fire resistant to BS 5438 Test 2A.

Options

• General sizes are 1900 x 600mm OR 1900 x 750mm with a thickness of 50mm.
• 50, 100 and 150mm mattress thickness available. The 150mm mattress is a special order only item, this is due to the handling difficulty associtated with the size / weight of this item. We can provide the 150mm in a 3 part set to alleviate this problem.
