Specification

• Door panel constructed from 50mm wide rolled hollow steel sections with 3mm thick steel door skins seam welded.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
• Steel hollow section door frame.
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
• Door panel mounted within door frame hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
• The frame header is provided with removable panel to allow access to electrical wiring. (All removable panels are secured with security screws, tamper proof switches can be supplied and fitted and wired by others to monitor plate removal).
• Stainless steel card holder.
• Inundation unit.
• Horizontal laminated glass vision panel with stainless steel hinged privacy cover.
• The door panel is prepared for a Manual / Electric IPS Class 1 lock which is mounted on a 10mm thick plate, lock supplied and fitted by IPS.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
