CSL0119 Holding Room Door (HOL)

Specification

• Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides and all edges with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
• Door is mounted within a 125mm x 75mm x 8mm rolled steel and frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
• Frame fixed into the structural opening with concealed 12mm dia sleeve anchors.
• 150mm square x 21mm thick laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel cover.
• Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock with adjustable keep.
• Recessed handle corridor side only.
• Tolerance between door panel and rebate conforms to current Home Office specification not to exceed 2mm.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
