Specification

• Door panel conforms to ASTM F1450.
• 2” thick door panel is constructed from 12 gauge galvannealed steel skins with full height vertical 18 gauge internal welded stiffeners. A continuous 10 gauge pressed steel channel forms the perimeter of the door panel.
• All internal voids infilled with mineral wool insulation.
• Steel subframe fixed to door opening incorporating a full height slam channel and bottom guide rail.
• Manual or electronically driven top rack.
• Mechanical frame mounted lock for manual sliding doors or electronic locking for electronically driven doors to ASTM F1643-05.
• Lockable pressed steel canopy incorporating track gear.
• Canopy incorporates a mechanical unlock / override facility for electronically driven doors.
• Hinge down food pass.
• Various vision panel arrangements to varying HP White level resistance.

Finish

• One coat factory applied primer.

• Available right or left hand.
