Specification

• Door panel constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
• Steel hollow section door frame with anti-barricade device and preparation for illuminated header.
• Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
• Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
• Inundation unit fitted in door panel.
• Preparation for a slam action MoJ Class 1 cell lock supplied and fitted by HMPS or Private Prison Operator.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.

• Special service hatch with ratchet mechanism which allows hatch to be raised only when food box is attached to the door.
