Specification

• Door panels constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel sections with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded all round.
• Rolled / Pressed steel hollow section door frame with steel rebates.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
• Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
• Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
• Reinforcing plates to inside of door panel on cell side up to the height of the lock.
• Vertical laminated vision panel with hinged steel cover.
• Preparation Only for Home Office Type 3 mortice locking latch.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
