CSL0203 Pass / Exercise Yard Door

Specification

• Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
• Door is mounted within a 100mm x 50mm rolled steel channel frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
• Supplied as standard with 150mm square, 9.5mm thick laminated glass vision panel (no privacy cover).
• Recessed pull handles on both sides of door.
• HMCS/Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock.
• PSD / Ba – Pass or circulation door.
• PSE / Bb – Pass or circulation door with hinged cover on vision panel.Note – Doors for Crown Courts, the lock is supplied and fitted by HMCS.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.
