CSL0208 Custody Fire Escape Door

Specification

• Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides and all edges with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
• Door is mounted within a 100mm x 50mm rolled steel channel frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
• Recessed handles on both sides of door.
• Drip strip on outside face of door, weather bar threshold.
• Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.

Available Options

• Rolled steel angle frame or pressed profile frame to suit site conditions.
