CSL0201 Prisoner Entrance Door

Specification

• Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
• Door is mounted within a 100mm x 50mm rolled steel channel frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
• Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
• Supplied as standard with 150mm square x 9.5mm thick laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel privacy cover.
• Recessed pull handles on both sides of door.
• Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock working in conjunction with a 12V DC electric strike fitted in the frame with optional closer.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.

Available Options

• Rolled steel angle frame or profile frame to suit site conditions.
• Drip strip / water bar on external doors.
• Weather seals.
