Specification

• Door leaf constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 2mm thick steel door skins.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
• Steel hollow section door frame.
• Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
• Door leaf mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
• One welded D handle, two heavy duty barrel bolts.
• Rectangular laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel cover.
• Preparation for a MoJ Class 2 heavy duty prison mortice deadlock supplied and fitted by HMPS on site.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.

Available Options

• Cast in type frame.
• Smoke seals.
