Specification

• Door constructed from a 40mm wide steel hollow section framework sheeted both sides with 2mm thick steel skins seam welded.
• Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
• Door panel mounted within a steel hollow section frame and hung from a full height tubular steel pivot hinge, and is fixed with chemical resin anchors.
• Preparation for a MoJ Class 1 electric lock or MoJ Class 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock supplied and fitted by HMPS on site.

Finish

• One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.

Available Options

• If required the header is provided with a removable panel to allow access to electrical wiring. (All removable panels are secured with tamper resisting screws, tamper proof switches can be supplied fitted and wired by others to monitor plate removal).
• Vision panel.
