• 2” thick door panel constructed from 12 gauge galvannealed steel skins with full height vertical 18 gauge internal welded stiffeners.
• Continuous 10 gauge pressed steel channel forms the perimeter of the door panel.
• All internal voids infilled with mineral wool insulation.
• Door frame constructed from pressed profile 12 gauge galvannealed steel.
• Frame fixing details to suit a variety of arrangements.
• Hardened steel butt hinges to ASTM F1758-05.
• Recessed pull handle corridor side only.
• Frame mounted electric or mechanical locks to ASTM F1577-05.
• Hinge down food pass.
• Various vision panel arrangements to varying HP white level resistance.

Finish

• Factory applied primer.
